Over the years I have learned a lot about home. Whether it be through my schooling as a Home inspector, my job as a firefighter, Inspecting previous homes or Continuing education. My goal is to offer the best home inspection experience that you can find! I am a strong believer that no matter what the problem is, it can always be fixed! Here, we believe in educating, not alarming the client. Having said that I inspect every home like i would my own. My goal at every inspection is to not leave one square inch of the house untouched. I am to follow the TREC SOPs. However, being the best home inspector i can be, I always go above and beyond these standards because this is usually one of the biggest investments of your life. Pool Inspections
We can inspect your pool! If your house comes with a pool, you'll want to get it inspected. Like any system, pools can have issues that can be costly to repair.
Septic Inspections
We offer Septic inspections. Septic systems can have numerous problems if they are not properly maintained. If the home you're buying has a septic system, always be sure to make it a part of the inspection.
drone capability
Drones are an important tool for inspections. At CaseNpoint home inspections, we prefer walking on roofs to inspect them. However, this is not always possible due to inclement weather, the type of roof, the slope of roof, or the condition of the roof. With drones, we’re able to go where others cannot. This is just one of the many tools that assist us in giving you the most information about your home.
Thermal imaging
Thermal Imaging is an amazing tool for home inspections. With thermal imaging we are able to see what the naked eye cannot. Using thermal imaging has gained our company access to finding- hidden water leaks, air coming in costing a home decreased energy efficiency, overheating wires and more! We do not charge extra for this service.
