Home inspection time depends on the size and age of the home. The average home inspection takes about 3-4 hours to complete.

Should I get my new construction home inspected?

Absolutely! Everyone makes mistakes and that’s not an exception for home builders. At times, new builds are built in a time crunch which can make for cutting corners. You want to make sure that your new home is built correctly and without deficiencies.

What areas of the house are inspected?

We inspect the entire house from the foundation to the roof. The only areas that are not inspected are the areas that are not accessible or not safe to get to.

You will receive your report within 24 hours.
