Residential Property Inspection
The most common inspection that most home inspectors perform is a "residential Property Inspection". This inspection is normally done for the buyer of a home during the option period. This inspection is performed to show the condition of the home to the buyer. A residential property inspection covers everything on a house from the foundation to the roof. The only areas we do not inspect are areas that are deemed unsafe or inaccessible. These inspections are extremely important, no matter the age of the house or what reason you are buying it for. These inspections let you know what kind of investment you are making. On all inspections we offer free report consultation. During a consultation we will go through every portion of the report together.
Pre-Drywall Inspection
Pre-Drywall inspections or "phase inspections" are for when you are building a new home and get an inspection done to make sure everything behind the drywall is installed correctly. These inspections are amazing because a portion of the time, everything can still be fixed by the builder! During a pre drywall inspection we check for proper fasteners, proper spacing, proper boring, proper framing and much more! Make the most of your new investment and get it inspected while the home builder is still responsible.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Pre- listing inspections are for the seller. This is a great opportunity if you are wanting to sell your home. This way you can say the house has already been inspected and can send the inspection report to a possible buyer. Furthermore, there will be no surprises to you, the seller if the buyer chooses to do their own inspection.
